These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern client engagements: work VIXART carries out for a client is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement, and where the two differ, that agreement controls.
1. Using This Site
You may read this site, and you may use its two forms for what they are for — requesting a consultation, and applying for a role. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its rate limits, access areas reserved for administrators, or submit anyone else's personal information without their knowledge.
2. Booking a Consultation
Booking a slot requests a consultation; it does not create a contract for work, and no fee is charged for it. We may need to reschedule, and we may decline a request. A slot is held only once you receive our confirmation email — if that email does not arrive, assume the booking did not complete and try again or write to us.
3. Job Applications
Submitting an application does not create an offer, an obligation to interview, or an employment relationship. What we do with the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy. Please only upload documents you are entitled to share.
4. Our Content
The text, design, imagery, case studies and research published here belong to VIXART or to the clients who authorised their publication. VIXART™, Business Growth Engineering™, the 5D Method™ and the system names used on this site are our marks. You may quote or link to this material with attribution; please ask before republishing it in full or using it commercially.
Client names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.
5. Research and Estimates
The research, findings and frameworks published on this site are shared for information. Where a finding is an argument rather than a measured result, it is labelled as such on the page. None of it is a guarantee of any particular outcome for your business, and none of it is professional advice for your specific situation.
6. Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
7. Liability and Governing Law
