Questions people ask first.
What actually happens in a Growth Consultation?
A focused 30-minute diagnostic session, at no cost. We prepare before we speak, looking at your market position and where growth is likely constrained, so the time is spent on findings rather than introductions. You leave with a reading of what is holding growth back. It is a diagnosis, not a pitch.
Does it happen in person or remotely?
Either. Consultations take place in the Agadir office, or by video call if you are outside the city. A manager reviews every request and confirms within 24 hours, naming which of the two it will be and sending the call link if it is remote.
How long does an engagement run?
The 5D Method runs roughly twelve weeks from first audit to launch: Discover and Diagnose take the first four weeks, Design the next six, Deploy the final two. Dominate (continuous optimisation, reporting and testing) is ongoing rather than a fifth block with an end date.
Can you just build us a website, or run our ads?
Not as a standalone. Those are outputs, and buying them in isolation is how a business ends up with a handsome website that changes nothing. We identify the constraint first. If a site or an acquisition channel turns out to be part of the fix, it gets engineered as one component of a system rather than sold as the deliverable.
What if we already know what our problem is?
Bring it. It is a useful starting hypothesis, and it shortens Discover. We still run the audit, because the stated problem is usually a symptom of a constraint one level down, and building against the symptom is the expensive mistake. If your reading holds up, the diagnosis confirms it quickly and we move on.
